Monitor

The main goal of the TokenBridge monitor is to allow to identify inconsistencies and abnormalities in the TokenBridge oracles work. The monitor gets data from the TokenBridge contracts and transactions where the bridge is involved, analyse them and reports the status of the bridge health in the form of JSON structures.
